Due to the current Corona situation, the PCI Group is not having the usual Christmas parties at its three locations and is donating 10,000 euros each to local aid / educational institutions in Augsburg, Hamm and Wittenberg under the motto "Equal opportunities for everyone".

"The PCI Group is doing well economically despite the Corona crisis and we would also like to give something back to those who are not doing so well, who had poor start opportunities in life", says Frank Rösiger, Technical Director of the PCI Group. "That is why we support educational institutions that specifically focus on school children and their families who need special support in order to later have the same opportunities in their future life as everyone else."

In Augsburg, the PCI Group supports the Martinschule in Augsburg Nord with 10,000 euros - a special educational advice and competence center for children and young people with special needs. The Martinschule has its roots in the 19th century, after the Second World War it was established as a special education institution. It offers a wide range of support options nowadays, from the inclusion of disabled pupils to youth social work and counseling to support and remedial classes.

In Wittenberg, the Nudersdorf elementary school will use the PCI donation of 10,000 euros to further advance the digital expansion by purchasing around 20 notebooks. The aim is to strengthen the digital competence of the students - especially those who do not have access to a PC, laptop or similar at home.

In Hamm, the PCI Group donated 10,000 euros to the LWL special education children's home providing a wide range of offers for children, young people and families in need. These include, for example, in-patient offers such as residential groups, outpatient educational assistance, social and family educational centers or individual educational measures to give children and young people new perspectives.
